This is not financial advice, but remember if you sell now after having held the stock for more than 12 months, and you intend to buy back in at the bottom of the SP dip prior to end of September, you won't have your 50% Capital Gains Tax (CGT) discount for the potential multi-bagger gains if BOT were to be bought out soon after FDA approval.
I'll save up my 50% CGT discount on a potential 3x-5x buy out soon after FDA approval, rather than waste the 50% CGT discount on 1x gain.
