NEU didn't have a trading halt when they got FDA approval.
Also, would have thought big players waiting on the sidelines for FDA approval. Once that milestone reached they will start buying which would cause the share price to increase quite substantially.
That's just my guess. First stock i have owned that is on the cusp of FDA approval so i've really got no idea. ASX always unpredictable so who bloody knows what will happen.
