Complete speculation, but would make for a fantastic movie plot, if business genius was to deliberately delay FDA approval with trivial matters to align approval dates with higher Kaken revenue in order to validate the ask for significantly greater take over bids.
Funny enough, BOT management always said they weren't going to progress any work in the final quarter of 2023 anyways, well before the FDA letter. Coincidence?! Haha. It's like as though they booked in time already for tidying up post FDA non-approval of the application.
