Also I am not shouting at every one. You too also need to take your BOT management goggles off and read properly as I am only responding to pumpers who are getting their nickers in a twist when I call out the pathetic management for their incompetency.

I dont go out calling people out as you are saying. Infact it is the opposite.

Management of BOT as royally stuffed it up and they should be held accountable for it. That is the point majority of the pumpers can not swallow on this forum.
