Someone is trying to accumulate as much of these shares as they can without pushing the price above 30c.
They are strategically buying without pushing the price up. IMO, this is why they dumped it back down yesterday on minimal volume compared to what they had accumulated up until that point.
I also don't think they'll be able to keep in under 30c for too long.
Big boys want the BOT.
