story is a bit different, for LDX it wasn’t clear why the FDA rejected their device, at least to the average investor. LDX thought it was unreasonable and appealed, when they lost the appeal investors lost all hope, and further CR trashed the share price further.
with BOT their is light at the end of the tunnel, so much so that we could be tossed a M&A offer before approval.
but hey, who knows…
