The company is still well funded and have the upcoming R&D refund coming (Last 3.67mill Oct 22) + Japan Sales Rev. Our cash burn also minimal

End of Review Meeting to be held with the FDA probably @ 6 weeks away. Surely here BOT can present their case for hopefully an early response or possible downgrade of the grading from Type 2 to Type1 due to the relatively short process for completion of the Human factor Study. BOT already completed before as part of the original approval process , just need the revised instructions. The revised 'instructions for use' could be submitted at this meeting, leaving only the H.F Study to complete. An easy process. I know the FDA has their designated timelines (T1/T2), but would hope for a favourable response from the FDA at this meeting in regard to an early resubmission.
Our original launch date aimed at Feb 24 but now aimed for directly after approval >> 3 months later the earliest >> May/June.

Maybe Vinnie/Matt/Howie will stump up the 150K for the study. A sign of 'Yeah sorry ladies and Gents , we did it again.'
