So I would caution here that they haven't allowed for the winter downturn in prescriptions.
The Japan figures are 72,000 a quarter or 24,000 a month, appears they have 24,000 patients.
24,000 prescriptions a month over a very conservative 9 months is still 216,000 annual. USD540 annual across 216k is still USD117m (AUD180m).
Lets say though we manage to double those patients in US to 48,000 prescriptions a month. Revenue based on each prescription at USD540.
Monthly USD26m (AUD40m)
Annual (9 months) USD 233m (AUD360m)
Increase by 50% to 36,000 monthly prescriptions
Monthly USD19.5m (AUD 29m)
Annual (9 months) USD175m (AUD261m)

So I would caution here that they haven't allowed for the winter...
