something changed, the SP went up, insto’s handed over 10mil and the price didn’t go down.. why should that happen 7-8 months out.. didn’t anyone find that strange? As irritating as the 10c call was, it was less far fetched than 21c 7 months out.

but outside of that, I went through every document I could find and couldn’t find anything that covered how FDA handles HF study being a part of a resubmission. Read a lot about how they create and update policy, and thought if there’s anyone who can get us in as a class 1 it’s gonna be the director of the largest law firm in the USA who deals exclusively with the FDA, if they don’t have guidelines for how to handle it, it’s up for discussion at least.

maybe it will be 6 months, and that’s fine, but if it’s 2 months, the price gets out of reach. I said this exact thing at 14.5c and no one really believed it.
