Agreed, it was initially a turnoff for me actually! I eventually decided to research it when a friend mentioned it to me but I can definitely imagine there being many investors who would have ignored it for that reason. Probably explains why this is still quite cheap, but once the hard numbers come in showing that this is the real deal I'm guessing those "rich boomers" may decide to take a look
