Look at the drugs on offer. Look at the market sizes. Look at comparison drugs and look at past takeover sizes... Look at other biotechs with comparable markets and what their m/c was before and after phase 2 happened. .....Do some research............... Then you will realize that there is plenty of upside not yet factored in....
