Easy to say that now, but when the offer comes and the price is trading at 60c or higher due to a massive improvement in the fundamentals, suddenly a $1 offer won't look so great. Comparing $1 to current fundamentals, sure it looks good. Comparing it to future fundamentals and it might look rather cheap...
