Some will speculate that it could come early, whilst others think the FDA, like the government bureaucracy that it is, will not hand down it's decision any earlier than the maximum time frame allowed (mid-June). The FDA have a maximum time frame allowed but there is nothing that says they can't hand out their approval earlier, but their last decision for BOT went down to almost the minute on the maximum time frame allowed when it seems there was ample opportunity to raise it earlier if the FDA had wanted to.
