what about just buying another phase 3 product that has been approved like SB that is an orphan from another company who again doesn't have the funds or a team to submit an NDA? it would be faster and smarter. There are a lot of those orphan drugs out there.
CBD is a risk. yes we know it works but it is more political than just submitting to the fda and getting approved. fda have only ever approved one cbd drug. You need the fed gov and the state governments to want to approve it. it is so corrupt in America that it is not just about having a good drug.
