With a background in healthcare and (unfortunately) the cash-based decisions public healthcare executives make, there would need to be a strong monetary incentive to buy what would be a more expensive consumable, including a picc, just to save a complication rate. Years of studies demonstrating cost effectiveness (yawn go the investors), for example how many bed days saved with upgraded consumable vs how much extra it would cost to purchase. This is healthcare across the developed world.
for mine the answer is easy and confirmed, definitely go acne and rosey. Neither need to go through those tedious feasibility processes.
