True - I forgot about that - changes to the safety profile whilst the application is under review are a reason to not approve - e.g. ongoing trials highlight concerns or like you say, Ecclock starts demonstrating big problems. Fortunately none of that is in play.
And yes - there is a 100% expectation that BOT have got the instructions right now!
