It's called tax minimisation just before the selling season. Most of these were picked up in the sixes when times were tough, people were desperate yet the true believers were scooping them up faster than an ice cream shop employee in summer.
Nothing to see here except a very long landing strip, which reminds me of a playboy magazine back in the ninetees. Who would have thought that the brazilian was going to be so popular. Tried it myself. The wife thought she would be locked up for knowledge with a minor.
