I agree, IT platform is critical component..
that is why Howie stressed about re- fills..
once we acquire a new customer and our own database of them , US law allows to keep and send him drugs automatically for 12 months ( as per concent) ..ideally we have 12 re-fills..Matt / Howie was giving us commercial example with 6 re-fills.
considering Japan can find 70% new patients every yeara...I assume US % of new patients will be similar +++++!++ stickiness of US business model based on Re-Fills >>>will lead to very surprising results..
Howie will blow his targets ( and receive valuable BOT shares) withing very fast..
