You could probably consider Japanese sales of Ecclock where the product retails at $50 or $70 (I can't be bothered looking it up). Japan have laws where a pharma can sell a drug for no more than 20% profit. So in Japan Ecclock is manufactured for like $40-$60. How much more do you think the USA would cost to manufacture a drug that costs $50 to manufacture in Japan?
