That Optum RX date is a good data point to consider, it seems to be based on FDA history, their timeline frameworks and probabilities. Estimating FDA timelines to the day would have a high degree of uncertainty though. BOT’s case is also already an outlier. Considering RX is a third party and that they first published 10 Jun on 14 Feb makes me further think it’s a probability based estimate. This most recent report is probably a roll forward. How could they know? FDA is a confidential organisation. On the webinar on 8 May BOT stated they still had meetings scheduled with the FDA. Then there’s formal approval/review committees.

Considering the above, plus BOT’s recent and consistent statements, the 6 month period formally ending 20 Jun (US), I think it’s likely we’ll be waiting a few more days.

Just a bit of speculation for the long weekend. Happy to be proven wrong, time is indeed money.
