What you are quoting on there is initial research done by Triangle Insights back in 2022! They only surveyed 20 dermas simply for practicality and efficiencies of the initial research. A lot more than 20 dermas in the US know about Sofdra - be assured!
You can also be assured, that with its telemarketing strategy and sales force actually visiting dermas offices all across the US, a lot more than 20 dermas will know about Sofdra! It certainly doesn't seem to have hindered the dermas in Japan issuing hundreds of thousands of scripts per year either!
The International Hyperhidrosis Society itself is emailing it's 50,000 strong email base as soon as FDA Approval is gained. I reckon a few of that 50,000 will be talking to dermas quick smart, or just easily ordering Sofdra over the internet and getting it delivered to their door!
