we need approx 70 000 patients ordering 3 times per year. That is less the 0.7% penetration of TAM 10mln people suffering from the decease
From memory Japan did about 110 000prescriptions in Year1 ..80% from no refills or they found 90 000 patients in first year! And that is without big marketing spent..
we have very good chance in US to beat it in year 1
