Selling for $3 early in the piece is discarding such significant potential. Why would management contemplate that when the have a business that is growing and making money. This is not a fire sale. They have spent years getting into a position where they have an approved drug and now have a revenue stream to fund further development. To sell after 6 months of being a profit making entity and not realise it's full potential or any upside of the pipeline would be very unlikely in my opinion. The only chance of a sale after 4th qtr results would have to be driven off an offer with a premium built in in recognition of future potential.
