phase 3 trial is approved to go ahead, but on hold.
not unusual for dermatology drugs to have a large vehicle affect in trials. Phase 3 trial may not show same vehicle affect. Also to note Vinnie negotiated new primary endpoints with FDA, so even if we got the same results as phase 2 we would still meet endpoints and get approval. Market stopped caring because a lot of people got burned and probably swore to never touch BOT again.
