Do you know the difference between this product and others in the market?
Have you considered the number of people that may currently considered (not in market) due to the poor treatment options that could become in market due to the painless and at home treatment?
Have you applied the experience with the Japanese market into your assumptions?
Have you considered the costs and margins ratio on this product?
Have you any idea about the company and their management team and prior experience? based off your comment "Given the company has next to zero experience launching any drug and how expensive it is to set up an internal team, this is not the best way to go about it in my view."

I would argue that the ease of this product would increase those who would receiving consider treatment and therefore the current market value is not the same as the future market value
