if you're worried about competition go to the reddit hyperhidrosis group, people are trying everything, some things work for some people, other people have bad side effects, some drugs prescribed off label that give hope to people are not good long term treatments. It's a mixed bag, and there's no one stop good solution. I think Sofdra will do quite well.

Also to note that Sofdra is now the only chemical entity to treat hyperhidrosis, doctors will use this before prescribing off label drugs to avoid liability. It's also non invasive, so they will prescribe Sofdra before recommending treatments that requires needles, or surgery, or anything that burns your sweat glands.
