Nah, if you read BOTs announcement, they already knew approved Val was a given, just the stupid paper to fix. They did say they'll have sales force up and running straight after approvals. No waiting as it's already in hands of influencers.
Dunno what if any announcements you've been reading?
That's why I'm keen to see end of Septembers quarterly report.
