Not sure it'd be that easy for them. Probably 30-40% or so of shares are tightly held by BOT people and/or their associates. Whilst BOT have made it clear that they would consider selling "for the right price", Matt Callaghan has also made it clear he thinks BOT can become a major derma company, particularly with acne, rosacea and anti-microbial still up its sleeve to further develop with non-dilutive funding (e.g. Sofdra sales). So I expect BP will have to pay through the nose, and I'm not sure they're at that point yet until sales are demonstrated.
