The structure of any deal with big pharma is going to be very interesting.
- Maybe a sell off or partial sell off of the Derma / Permetrex side of the business to fund the antibiotic / antimicrobial side.
- Maybe keeping control of the Permetrex license and a separate sell off of Derma products to different companies. Possibly keeping a partial ownership or complete sale.
- Maybe keeping a percentage of everything and only partnering with a big pharma to a certain percentage of the business.
Anyway you spin this there is plenty of options. As someone who has commitment issues... I like me some options.
IMO we'll see some very creative deal making in the near (within 6 months) future. DYoR.
