Cu6 having a $2b market cap is not extraordinary. Compare it to what peers were acquired for, now increase that for a best in class product. Frazis says they could be taken over for 2-3x. So about $6b. Some would say that's conservative.
Botanix doesn't have much to compare to besides QBREXZA to some extent.
