While working for Buffet's Cleaner I gained the impression that an insurer might pay as little as 0.7 x 0.7 x $1000 = $500 per bottle - a figure which is probably below what the insurer receives as premium.
Rather than the Japanese 30% markup I suggest wholesale price at 30% max above manufacturing cost, and retail price at max of twice wholesale price, consultation fees being a separate issue.
