I'm not sure where this 'mid-August' expectation comes from (not saying it wasn't said/written - just can't find it myself), but the Company only just reported 21 days ago on 31 July with it's Quarterly & 4C.
In that they said they had successfully raised $70m, had a cash position of $79.31m, and were preparing to start the Patient Experience Program in late Q3 CY2024 (so 'start' around September/October), and with a view to commencing actual sales Q4CY.
So I'm not really sure what anybody is hoping to hear anytime soon.
