Indeed it was E&P that were claiming that - it comes from their 10 July BOT Stock Focus report. So you would need to check how they came to that conclusion, but I would suggest it was either a guestimate on their part, or maybe a comment from BOT that they may report then. Nothing set in concrete and no date confirmed by BOT management anyway.
