Just had it confirmed by the analyst at E&P (via email) that mid-August was their (E&P's) suggestion to BOT in order to avoid the noise of earnings season. He wasn't sure if BOT would follow this advice or not. But E&P will put out a new note after BOT's FY24 results drop.
