Sorry mate but this is wishful thinking. Pricing for the US is not yet known nor payor coverage. Additionally, consider the current SoC, Qbrexza has only been able to generate ~$25M despite the TAM.
While there is a huge potential, extrapolating Japan figures into the US market is not that straight forward.
Great buying at the level regardless, I have topped up more today.
