Correct, you want to see share price appreciation on FDA approval, which in turn increases the market capitalisation, which in turn forces the BP to increase the takeover offer/ $’s.

Whether takeover offer comes before or after product distribution begins is another matter.

I think it may be better to get t/o after approval, but before self distribution, because if BOT distribution doesn’t show great sales results right away that will impact negatively on t/o offer (history shows it takes a while for take up to take full swing).

Where with a t/o before distribution we can market to BP using Japan numbers multiplied by US population as the number to drive t/o price.

Just my thoughts….right or wrong!
