This from when Matt C was interviewed by Alan Kohler just a few months ago. I think this is the danger in not being invested in BOT currently - for all we know, Management could announce tomorrow a sale, merger, or other opportunity! Now maybe if you're quick on the trigger you can buy back in for only a 5-10c premium, but for the sake of 6-8 months waiting for SOFDRA approval, I don't like to take the chance myself.
