Seems to be a bot account programmed to spam those links to the petition. Just block and report, a new account is created each day but the HC mods seem to quickly remove them. Some people just fail to understand that we operate in a market with many different types of participants with many different types of strategies. End of the day as long as good stocks are eventually recognised and priced where they belong, and the dud stocks are killed off, we have a properly functioning market. Some people think prices should only go up...
