Acne I agree but rosacia not so much. I think if bot did have an effective new antibiotic that worked against drug resistant strains there would be a prize for that. Their seems to be a significant cost associated that they think will be reduced along with support from the us government. Not to mention the fear that shortly some of these strains will be untreatable without new drugs.
