I don't think BOT have yet gotten FDA Approval for 1503's Ph3, but neither was BTX1503 Ph2 'rejected' by the FDA.
As far as I'm aware, the last we heard on it was that BOT had met with the FDA following the Ph2 and came away with... well I'll let BOT's media release explain it:
