Saw a physician friend of mine first thing this morning, handsome fellah if i say so myself. Been injecting botox for many years for all sorts of indications. Btx costs add up to way more than sympathectomy over time, so argument doesnt fly. Part of the allure of botox is that it keeps ppl off the operating table, irrespective of price.
next best option to minimally invasive is non invasive. A topical more effective than injectable and 10-20 fewer injections per armpit every 3 months, topical wins irrespective of price.
I suspect every physician has a different viewpoint, but hard to imagine 1% of them dont agree with your physician friend, including mine. just saying.
