    I understand everyday wealthy people in powerful positions control things behind the scenes. But Bot buying/selling is transparent and produces a record, so I would have thought it deemed questionable process - does any one know if there is any body/board debate on it being legal. How long has it been around ? Guess u just need to know how it works and use it !
