Yep legin7777; during a day session this BOT might buy about 1mill shares at a value of $9000. We need a good announcement about company’s progress and directors buying shares, to re-establish shareholders confidence. Since the Directors of SIR do not buy a sizable volume of SIR shares, they might not have confidence in what they are doing.

Shares hold by Directors:
Lowe: 3.8 mill (from 2008 – not sure whether or not they were allocated); today’s value = $35,000
MB: 1mill; payed $8,500
Foster: nill

I really hope SIR will succeed but up until now there are no signs to maintain my expectations. I based my risk/reward analysis on SIR’s tenements, Creasy’s name and his involvement, along with the management achievements. So far only tenements are prospectus. Disappointed, very disappointed
