not necessarily. bots can be used for many things and IMO if they are hitting the offer they can be working for a large seller to create the impression that the price is being well bid. the large seller then waits till there is some decent volume buyers under the bots bidding price and sells to them in quantity or if he/she is lucky the bidders will attempt to outbid the bot thus the seller does even better. this appears to be what the bot is doing today i.e. keeping price up. keep an eye on any large selling prices i.e. hitting large offers.
