cap raise usually bring the price down as its a sign the company needs more funding and can't or wont get a loan from a bank, though theyre giving more of their company away. not the best sign for the short term but after the Oct drop i dont believe the price will dip further. either way i am scoping out a good time to buy in as this company has great legs to stand on
