I believe it is not unlikely that it will be $10 as early as 1st quarter of the new year however I don't think you'll see its previous highs until there is a new takeover or would be demerger proposal which could be quite some time.
Will also be influenced by the final prices when China negotiates iron-ore in April next year.
Basically at these prices I figure it represents a good buy or at least a hold.
