‘Supposed to be formed on an uptrend’ - I hear you, but you’re saying as much based on the fact that generally speaking H&S patterns are tops or bottoms. Look up H&S as a continuation and my idea suddenly gathers a whole lot of steam. Whack your timeframe down to 15 mins and it becomes even clearer to see - the volume profile aligns almost to a T
