it has to hit 12 cents again to make a H&S ( a crooked one but I take your point)
It has to bounce of that 12 cents support and with volume to confirm a new up trend and that will be the time to BUY.
If it falls below 12 cents then it will be carnage.
Still firm on the sp going down to 10 cents if not below before the end of the year in coming days.
