I remember at one point I was quoting I think 2 November, based on Howie's description in a webinar where he said something like "...in a month, one week from today". But since then, on 31 Oct they released the Investor Presentation and that says what I have pasted above - Nov/Dec for FDA meeting. Dates for commencing sales remain the same.
