By reading others opinions, broker valuations, comparing similar companys, looking at market size, uniqueness of product (no side affect)and looking at what previous deals have been done for. Its all going to depend as no one except for Mat and Vince know exactly what they want for it. In my opinion EACH of their successfull phase 2 products could attract 200 million dollar deals, so I have assumed no value for one of them. If we were in the US the valuation would be much higher, and please note my assumption is based on successful phase 2 trials...It is also quite normal for a US pharma conducting a takeover to pay double current market price, so even if we got taken out right now, 400 million would be in the realms of possibility.
Might be less than 600 million or might be much more.
I would be interested to see what others think it could go for....
